Persons without assigned roles
are asked to respond to questions
and formulate their responses
within a 1-2 minute time frame.
Questions are created by the
Table Topics Person for that week.
The purpose is to promote "extemporaneous"
speaking skills, which
are utilized in every day situations
such as meeting new people
or interacting with people at
work, out on errands or even at home.
